Initial Evaluation

Initial evaluation will include brief subjective description of your issues or reason for seeing physical therapy followed by objective measurements and goals setting. An individualized plan will be created for each patient according to their particular wants and needs. Treatment will often begin at this visit also.

Follow Up Visits

$125

Treatment according to initial evaluation findings and patient response. Can include manual therapy techniques, dry needling, stretching, strengthening, range of motion, modalities or taping. Home exercise programs will often be administered and reviewed.

Dry Needling or Cupping Only

$75

A shorter session where dry needling or cupping is the only treatment

4 Visit Package

$475

Includes Initial Evaluation and 3 follow up visits, $50 value

6 Visit Package

$675

Includes Initial Evaluation and 5 follow up visits, $100 value
